The service

This website sells admissions to Xcaret Park in Riviera Maya, Mexico, as an independent ticket reseller. It is not the official Xcaret or Experiencias Xcaret website.

Prices and discounts

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Advance-purchase discounts (10% off from 7 days and 15% off from 21 days before your visit) are applied automatically to the regular price based on the selected visit date. Children from 5 to 11 years old pay 75% of the adult price; kids under 4 enter free.

Your booking

After payment you will receive your booking confirmation at the email address provided. You must present an official photo ID in original at the park's ticket booth; for foreign visitors, the only accepted ID is a valid passport.

Payments

Card payments are processed through a certified payment provider; your card details are sent directly from your browser to the processor and never pass through our servers. Your bank may ask for an additional verification via 3D Secure.

Liability

Access to the park, its activities, schedules and shows are operated by the park and are subject to its own conditions, availability and internal regulations.
